Publications
As a policy-oriented research center, CEES serves as (co-)editor of various publications with a contemporary focus that address issues of contemporary history as well as politically, economically, and socially relevant questions.
CEES is the editor of CEES Working Papers and the CEES Book series Osteuropa in Geschichte und Gegenwart, published by Böhlau-Verlag. Together with CSS at ETH Zurich and FSO at the University of Bremen, CEES is co-editor of the online journals Russian Analytical Digest,Caucasus Analytical Digest, the Ukrainian Analytical Digest, the Belarus Analytical Digest, and the Moldovan Analytical Digest.
In addition, within the framework of a cooperation agreement with the CSS at ETH Zurich, CEES contributes to publication series of the CSS think tank, including CSS Analyses in Security Policy, CSS Policy Perspectives, and the CSS yearbook Strategic Trends.
